Biosecurity is a top priority at Oak Ridge Pheasant Ranch. Strict enforcement is placed on preventing disease from entering the ranch. All employees of Oak Ridge Pheasant Ranch must adhere to our strict biosecurity policy. These precautions help to ensure the integrity of the entire flock.
Oak Ridge Pheasants are tested for avian influenza (every 90 days) and pullorum typhoid (once a year) as described under law by the National Poultry Improvement Plan.
"When a pheasant leaves our ranch it is important for us to know that it will be a top quality bird. That it will represent the quality and care that we are known for." Tim Zindl
